Both options work. If you have product CAD files, we optimize them for web. If you don't, we create the 3D models or work with trusted artists.

Yes. We test on typical mid-range Android and iPhone models for every build. Loading stays under 3 seconds and the animation stays smooth — we don't ship anything that chugs on mobile.
Can I build a product configurator for my Shopify store?
