Your files, wiki, and playbooks — searchable by asking a question.

AI that answers from your own documents

Your team spends hours hunting for information that already exists somewhere. We build an AI that reads your documents once and answers any question about them — instantly, with a link back to the original source.

TL;DR

We build AI systems that read your company's documents, files, and knowledge base — then answer questions by quoting the right source. No more digging through folders or asking the same expert for the tenth time. It also says 'I don't know' when it shouldn't guess.

What you get

Answers with sources

Every answer comes with a link to the document it came from. No made-up facts, no guessing.

Handles messy content

PDFs with tables, scanned contracts, images, messy spreadsheets — we clean and index them all.

Knows what it doesn't know

When an answer isn't in your documents, it says so instead of inventing one.

Your data stays yours

We can run everything on your own servers so your documents never leave your company.

Frequently Asked

What kinds of documents can it read?

PDFs, Word docs, Excel files, PowerPoint, scanned contracts, emails, web pages, Notion pages, Confluence, Google Drive — and tables and charts inside them. If your team can read it, we can index it.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT doesn't know anything about your company. This does — and only your company. It can't invent facts about your pricing, contracts, or policies because it's only allowed to answer from your actual documents.

Can we keep our data on our own servers?

Yes. For sensitive industries — legal, healthcare, finance — we run the whole thing on your hardware or private cloud. Nothing leaves your network.

How do you prove it's actually accurate?

We build a test set of real questions with the correct answers and run it after every change. You see the accuracy score and can rerun the test yourself any time.

Can it handle tables and images inside PDFs?

Yes. Tables get extracted as tables (not flattened text), and images/diagrams are understood by modern vision AI. So 'what's in row 5 of the pricing table' works.

Is this better than just training a custom AI model?

For most cases, yes. This approach lets you update knowledge by adding or removing documents — no retraining needed. It's also cheaper and faster to keep current.
